Returns are accepted, as long as they are initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. You must complete a return request, and receive approval before shipping your return or your return will not be accepted. A return request can be completed in your account. Please allow up to 3 business days for approval. You will be provided a pre-paid shipping label to get the item back to us.
The item must be brand new and unused, including the original manufacturer packaging and paperwork. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund minus the cost of the return shipping label. Returning an item with damaged or missing packaging may incur additional fees. If the item is found to be defective return shipping costs will be waived Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment we received. We do not reimburse cost of shipping for the initial order.
We ship primarily USPS,UPS and FEDEX. Our Shipping Department is closed on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and on all Federal Holidays, so any orders placed during the weekend or on a Federal Holiday will ship the following business day. Limited circumstances may also delay dispatch time (i.e. combined orders, order verification, high volume, etc).
Note: Some items cannot be shipped via USPS (i.e. Pepper Sprays, certain knives, etc) and we reserve the right to modify your shipping selection if necessary.
If you have specific shipping needs we suggest you CONTACT US us prior to placing your order. We can generally accommodate most needs (i.e. overnight shipping).
Most orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days, unless noted on product. Orders are shipped without a signature required. If you have a specific preference (i.e. "I want a signature required" or "I don't want a signature required") please let us know in the comment box at checkout.
Some items we sell are restricted in certain areas. Please make sure you understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS (you will be required to agree to them before you can place an order).
